Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must have paid for a subscription and not yet have utilized our services or underutilized our services.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- You have purchased a subscription and utilized our services, but did not obtain the full value of the subscription. We will refund a portion equal to the value remaining in the subscription at our discretion.
- You have unused ‘Boost Post’ funds. We will refund the unused portion of the funds upon your request.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to confirm your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund typically within 48 hours.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
